Kona 2014: Paul Matthews' Blue Triad SL

Oct 10, 2014 article & images by Nick Salazar

The Aussie sensation known as Paul 'Barny' Matthews has been working very hard of late, training with five-time World Champion Craig Alexander (3x Hawaii, 2x Half IM WC). Barny is something of a dark horse competitor this year; his name hasn't been mentioned as much in the top competitors, but I have a feeling he's going to surprise some folks tomorrow. Here's our look at his Blue Triad SL, now equipped with TriRig Omega brakes front and rear. Go Barny!
